Day One

At it's most basic, losing weight is about burning more calories than you eat.  That seems simple enough, but if it were really that simple, none of us would have a weight problem.  A good start to your first day in your steps to lose weight would be to do a light workout in the morning before you eat anything followed by having a slim fast for breakfast and a salad for lunch.  Keep in mind that this workout should be a light workout just to get you in a groove perhaps a walk or light jog on the treadmill.
