Day 2

Hello, I am back for another post for how to lose weight day by day.  On the second day, you should do a little more intense of a workout go to a gym if you have one.  If you are not a member of a gym, become one now.  For breakfast have 2-4 eggs scrambled, bacon, and 1 whole orange.  Lunch have something along the lines of a salad and a turkey breast or sandwich.  Stay tuned for day 3 where i'll give a list of healthy snacks, dinners, breakfast.
